Запропонована модель задовольняє потребу викладачів у соціальному визнанні, надаючи досвідченим фахівцям можливість поєднувати викладацьку діяльність із основною професією, а студентам — отримувати якісні знання за доступною ціною, не відриваючись від навчального плану. Механізм Learning Paths формує послідовні дорожні карти навчання, що сприяє підвищенню мотивації та рівня завершення курсів.uk
dc.description.abstractThe paper presents the concept of an online platform for educational courses that combines asynchronous video courses and synchronous live lectures with online consultations. The proposed model meets the need of teachers for social recognition, providing experienced professionals with the opportunity to combine teaching with their main profession, and students with the opportunity to obtain high-quality knowledge at an affordable price without disrupting their study plan. The Learning Paths mechanism creates sequential learning roadmaps, which helps to increase motivation and course completion rates.en
