Abstract

Optimization of traffic loaded with electric drive motors series excitation to the horizontal line seg-ment of the road by a minimum amount of energy the battery is conducted in the paper. A mathematical model for the current in the circuit: battery - armature winding traction electric DC motor with series excitation is built, realization of which allows minimizing the expenses of energy storage battery during on any law speed changes of electric vehicle.
