Анотація

Using modern information technologies of machine learning and time series analysis, a study of the automated forecasting and minimization of incidents in IT service management systems has been conducted. The paper proposes a comprehensive approach to analyzing historical service record data using ensemble forecasting methods. The main objective is to transform the reactive approach to incident management into a proactive model of preventive actions with automated generation of structured recommendations for technical support services. The developed approach facilitates automation of service record analysis processes, optimization of resource planning, and improvement of IT service quality in organizations.
