Radiation tolerance is a critical requirement for radio engineering devices and telecommunication equipment operating in space, nuclear, and other high-radiation environments. Over the past two decades, amorphous semiconductors have attracted increasing attention as an alternative to conventional crystalline materials due to their inherent resistance to radiation-induced structural degradation. This paper presents a state-of-the-art review of radiationresistant radio-frequency and telecommunication devices based on amorphous semiconductors, with a particular focus on amorphous oxide semiconductor technologies. The review synthesizes reported material properties, radiation response mechanisms, device-level implementations, and application domains, providing a consolidated perspective on current achievements, limitations, and future research directions.
