Analysis of the personnel composition of the it industry of the Vinnytsia region

Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the personnel composition of the IT industry of Vinnytsia region, characterizes its age, gender, and professional structure, as well as educational sources of specialist training. The role of local universities, private initiatives, dual education programs, and certifications in the formation of competitive human capital is considered. The problems and challenges of development are analyzed, in particular, personnel migration, the lack of senior specialists, and the limited business education. As a result, recommendations are proposed to improve the effectiveness of personnel policy in the region.
