Abstract

Electric drive modernization woodworking machine-tool of 668С is executed. A technological process is explored and an engine is chosen. The control of electric drive of the system is projected a transformer of frequency – an asynchronous engine. On the basis of parameters of the guided engine a type and nominal parameters of elements of power chart and management chart is chosen, expected and built takhogrammy of working mechanism, diagrams of loadings of electric motor, the mathematical model of the system is created and its work is explored in the different modes through MATLAB SIMULINK.
