Впровадження прогресивної організаційно-технологічної «BIM-технології» при проектуванні житлової забудови в місті Одеса

Abstract

The article describes the opportunities that appear when using BIM technologies, and the problems that can be solved with the help of this technology. In addition, the authors analyze the effectiveness of this technology on the example of the experience of other countries. BIM (building Information Modeling) is a new approach to the design, construction, upkeep of buildings. According to the results of the research it was found that the use of BIM-technologies contributes to the increase in profits and profitability, reduce costs, increase productivity, reduce the total cost of the project.
