Розвиток гуманістичних ідей В. О. Сухомлинського і виховання ціннісного ставлення до людини

Abstract

The article proves the importance of study the peculiarities of youth`s humanistic education in nowadays. Retrospective analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature helped us to highlight the famous teachers of the present and the past points of view and distinguish the figure of the great teacher - V. Sukhomlynskyi, whose humanistic ideas are considered to be the basis of students` value-centered attitude to a person teaching. His legacy study allowed us to introduce a scientific and methodological system of students` value-centered attitude to a person teaching and the general principles of humanistic education. On the basis of systemic, synergistic, model-variable, axiological, culturological, ethnopedagogical, anthropological, personal, activity-based, multi-subject, differentiated approaches, a conceptual scientific-methodical structural and functional model and the technology of gradual development of senior age secondary school pupils` and adolescences` value-centered attitude to a person in the human-oriented educational system were developed. Its structural components are: the educational process (the use of human potential in the curricular, extra-curricular and out-of-school activities with pupils aimed at forming humanistic consciousness, humanistic feelings, humanistic behavior based on the most important values.Статтю присвячено обґрунтуванню важливості й дослідженню особливостей виховання гуманістичної орієнтації молоді в сучасних умовах. На основі ретроспективного аналізу філософської, психолого-педагогічноїлітератури, вивчення поглядів відомих педагогів сучасного і минулого визначено, що найбільш яскравою у гуманістиці

є постать В. Сухомлинського. Саме його концептуальні положення було покладено в основу розробленої науково- методичної системи, структурно-функціональної моделі і технології поетапного формування в учнів старшого і підліткового віку ціннісного ставлення до людини в гуманістично-орієнтованому середовищі школи.
