Аналіз історичного досвіду організації фахової підготовки студентів машинобудівних спеціальностей

Abstract

The article analyzes the stages of development of professional training of workers in the machinebuilding industry. The methodical features of providing this process and their improvement at each of the considered stages are considered. The object of the research is the historical development of the professional training of future specialists in the machine-building industry. The purpose of this article is to analyze the peculiarities of the training of future specialists in the machine-building industry since its inception till now. Such an analysis was carried out in order to distinguish between positive and negative points at each of the stages under consideration, to outline the ways to improve the process of preparing future engineers. An analysis of the historical experience of training specialists in the engineering industry shows that there has always been the search for effective methods and tools. For two centuries, the training of future machine builders in Ukraine has changed from purely theoretical to theoretical and practical. In the process of evolution of a higher school, those methodological approaches that did not bring the expected result were rejected. The article analyzes the publications on the issue of the professional training of future machine builders and states that the ways of its improvement are standardization of the content of the training of future machine builders (by approving the standards of higher education of Ukraine), taking into account the requirements of the competent approach, forming the motivation to self-improvement and selfeducation of the workers of the machine-building industry throughout the professional activity and use of the latest technologies and innovations. Prospects for further research are the development of methodological provision for the training of future specialists in machine-building specialties on the basis of a competent approach.
