Abstract

The study presents the results of the study a wide range of scientific literature, advantages and risks are considered the use of chatbots in education, feasibility and relevance are analyzed their application. Chatbots have many advantages that improve learning and teaching. But there are also minuses that require adjustment, for the further involvement of the latest technologies in education.
