Формування мовної компетенції студентів під час вивчення фразеології в курсі українська мова за професійним спрямуванням

Abstract

The article clarifies the importance of phraseology for the formation of language competence of students of higher education institutions during the study of the discipline "Ukrainian language for professional purposes". It is shown that phraseology, although a relatively young linguistic science, but it has developed theoretical foundations, thorough research of its various aspects. The specifics of the study of phraseology as a branch of the science of language in higher education is a relevant object of study. After all, the ability to use appropriate phraseology, a wide range of such units indicates a high level of linguistic competence of the specialist. Given that on July 16, 2021 the exam to determine the level of proficiency in the state language became mandatory (the norm of the law "On ensuring the functioning of the Ukrainian language as the state language" came into force), systematic study of various sections of linguistics, including phraseology, becomes relevant value. It is determined that the formation of students of higher education institutions of stable skills and abilities to use phraseology in professional speech is one of the tasks of the teacher of the discipline "Ukrainian language for professional purposes". The system of knowledge about phraseology allows to adequate verbal communication in professional speech, as well as improves the culture of business communication. The system of tasks with the use of phraseological material for systematization and consolidation of the studied from the section "Phraseology" is offered in the work. In particular, there are tasks for working with texts that contain phraseology, clarifying their meaning, establishing synonymous and antonymous relationships, identifying sources of individual phraseology. Conclusions are made about the effectiveness of non-standard, different types of tasks for the study of phraseology in the course "Ukrainian language for professional purposes". Knowledge and skills related to phraseology are required in the formation of language competence of students as future professionals, their work with phraseological material will help to develop a lasting interest in the diversity of the Ukrainian language in general and expand professional vocabulary.
