Abstract

This article is devoted to the formation of high-quality personnel evaluation system efficiency of industrial enterprises. It studied the existing methods of evaluating the effectiveness and built their own, generalized system of evaluation. The analysis of existing approaches to the interpretation of the concepts of "effect", "efficiency" and others. Found their own shortcomings and displayed definitions for these concepts. On the basis of the research might develop a comprehensive system that covers all aspects of improving the economic, social and organizational effectiveness.
