Ensuring reliable and continuous energy supply is extremely important for large cities and industrial enterprises. In today's Ukrainian realities, the electricity system cannot guarantee this. The report considers the possibilities of integrating renewable energy sources into local power systems that can operate autonomously under conditions of uncertainty associated with the production and demand for renewable energy. A robust optimization approach for modeling a hybrid power system with multiple energy sources is shown, which takes into account different decisionmaking strategies. These strategies take into account the decision-making risks associated with the uncertainty of electricity demand and renewable energy supply. The optimization problem is formulated as a linear programming problem. It combines renewable energy sources (wind turbines, photovoltaic panels), traditional diesel generators, and cogeneration units. The application of the model helps to ensure reliable access to electricity and heat, minimizing the operating costs of the local power system.
