In addition, it is brought thirty third n-p-n and thirty fourth p-n-p bipolar transistors correspondingly, collectors of thirty first p-n-p and thirty second n-p-n bipolar transistors are connected with collectors of thirty third n-p-n and thirty fourth p-n-p bipolar transistor correspondingly, emitters of thirty third n-p-n and thirty fourth p-n-p bipolar transistors are united emitters twentieth n-p-n and twentieth p-n-p bipolar transistors are connected with bases of thirty third n-p-n and thirty fourth p-n-p bipolar transistors correspondingly.
