Abstract

Relationship of development of construction with economic growth as well as its influence on the latter were covered. Within the world GDP, dynamics of the relative volume of construction industry sector, consisting of groups with different socio-economic development, was analyzed. A comparison of dynamics of change in the share of construction in Ukraine with the corresponding indicator of the countries with transitional economy systems was carried out. The main economic indicators of construction-industrial complex in the context of the country and of the Vinnytsya region were considered, limitations for development of the industry sector were defined. A special place and the influence of the industry sector of construction materials on the growth and development of the construction industry at the country and regional levels was highlighted. The need of fundamental modernization concerning the technological basis of the industry sector, as well as the system for management of its development, was indicated. Prospect of implementation in the production and supply activity of enterprises tools for marketing and communication, adapted to the domestic consumer, was specified.
