Abstract

In monography is researcha picture of redistribution of efforts between substructure and superstructure part of construction by means of a scientific gradient method optimization. It is considereddifferentiation the main factors thatconsiderableinfluence on result of joint functioning of "base–foundation–building" system. There are anthropogenic factor, physical-mechanical properties of soil base, load application character, relocation bias, influence of ruggedness of elements. Behind algorithm of improved model of the soil basis the program, which is developed allows to do a nonlinear problem of soil mechanicswith the account dilatancya loosening and contractancy consolidations of foundation soil zones. Performed numerical experiments by calculations of real building such as "base–foundation–building" system in which it is defined the main regularities of efforts redistribution. Forecasting of a stressed-strained state of a construction behind the offered technique gives the chance to select the optimal variant which allows to receivesignificant economic effect, in comparison with initial design and prevents appearance of alert conditions at building and maintenance of constructions.
