Abstract

The article attempts to analyze the history and prospects of the personal approach in management. Methodological principles study of the history of formation of personal approach is its comparison with the technocratic approach. Much emphasis is placed on considering the challenges of modern management paradigm of personal formation and determining the identity of the highest value.
