Design of device is as semiconductor humidity indicator that has two sensitive to moisture field transistors, first source of direct power supply voltage. To device passive inductivity is included, second source of direct power supply voltage, resistor and capacitor, at that gate of first voltage source is connected to sink of second field transistor, sources of the first and the second field transistors are connected to each other, and gate of the second field transistor is connected to sink of first field transistor to which first output terminal is connected, and first output of passive inductivity.
