Abstract

In the course of the thesis was designed and simulated digital phase meter for programmable logic integrated circuit. It considered the principles of measuring phase and select the most appropriate one. Also selected element base for the development of the device and block diagram of the device. There have been development and functional units calculation and implementation of digital phasemeter device in the software package Quartus II.
