Abstract

Автор розглядає процес становлення європейської політичної, неконфесійної спільноти в добу раннього модерну. Зосереджуючи, здебільшого, увагу на зміні підстав соціальних практик і трансормації ідеологічних засад політичної взаємодії. Підтвердженням чого слугує політична теорія Дж. Лока. В межах якої окреслюється держава, влада, і право як похідні від невідчужуваного права власності.Як наслідок, європейська соціально-політична модель Нового часу репрезентує нову політичну модель оновленої політичної спільноти.

The Author explore the process of establishing European political and religious community in the early modern. Concentrating mostly on changing of principles of the social practices and the transformation of the ideological foundations of political interaction. In particular example as a confirmation of the political theory of John Locke. Within the framework defined by the state authorities and law as derived from the inalienable proprietorship. As a result, European social and political model of modern times represents a new political model of renewed political community.
