Виконано аналіз поетапного сушіння насіння соняшнику, притримуючись стандартів сушки, для отримання найкращого результату. Розглянуто особливості сушіння в шахтних сушарках, а також їхнє вдосконалення. Досліджено рівень критичної вологості для запобігання саморозігрівання насіння соняшника.
