Комплексна цільова програма покращення соціального забезпечення засобами ієрархічного цільового оцінювання альтернатив на основі сучасних СППР

Abstract

У статті на основі ієрархічного оцінювання альтернатив за допомогою застосування системи підтримки прийняття рішень “Солон −2”, здійснюється побудова комплексної цільової програми відповідної структурної моделі удосконалення соціального забезпечення в Україні.Abstract - The construction of complex goal programs and appropriate structural the model of improvement of social care in Ukraine on the basis of the hierarchical evaluation of alternatives is constructed in article. The optimal system of social care are proposed by identification of majoral projects which have the highest coefficient of potential effectiveness. One of the priorities of social care is the improvement the management of public spending which deals with social services.
