Аналіз дефініцій організаційного капіталу підприємства

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано та узагальнено існуючі в сучасній літературі наукові підходи до визначення дефініцій організаційного капіталу вітчизняними та зарубіжними науковцями, методологічних засад формування його структури. Запропоновано своє трактування цієї складної економічної концепції.

In the article the essence of the organizational capital, proceeding from structure of the intellectual capital of the enterprise is investigated. The scientific approaches to definition of definitions of the organizational capital by domestic and foreign scientists existing in modern literature, methodological bases of formation of its structure are analysed and generalized, the role of the organizational capital in modern conditions of business had proved. Shortcomings and advantages of the existing definitions of the organizational capital had investigated, the factors influencing formation and management of the organizational capital at the enterprise had considered. It is offered the own interpretation of this difficult economic concept.
