Порівняльна характеристика впливу кількісної та якісної складових результативності на оцінювання дієвості процесу економічної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств

Abstract

У статті на прикладі процесу економічної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств зернопродуктового підкомплексу показано можливість здійснення порівняльної характеристики впливу кількісної та якісної складових результативності на оцінювання дієвості процесу функціонування системи (на базі використання певних моделей). Обґрунтовано, що при такому оцінюванні зі застосуванням економіко-математичного моделювання важливим аспектом є реалізація розуміння того, наскільки кожна зі складових цієї результативності слугувала підтримкою у такій діяльності: кількісна чи якісна складова. Для цього застосовано моделі Бурєннікової (Поліщук) – Ярмоленка, за допомогою яких проведено рейтингову оцінку складових результативності, на базі яких здійснено порівняння впливу кількісної та якісної складових результативності на оцінювання дієвості економічної діяльності зазначених підприємств. Виявлено, що застосування ймовірнісного підходу для зазначеного порівняння впливу, заснованого на теоремі Байєса у комплексі з авторськими моделями якісної та кількісної складових результативності, є неможливим, оскільки відповідні події є сумісними, хоча деякі інші підходи, зокрема ймовірнісні, можуть мати місце (наприклад, корисним є застосування авторського SEE-аналізу). У цьому полягає новизна проведеного дослідження. Встановлено, що отримані результати дослідження уможливлюють наукову реалізацію управлінського рішення у контексті удосконаленого оцінювання кількісної та якісної складових результативності процесу функціонування складних систем (котрими, у даному випадку, є сільськогосподарські підприємства зернопродуктового підкомплексу). Підкреслено, що отримані результати мають стати відповідною складовою механізму управління економічною діяльністю сільськогосподарських підприємств із розробкою конкретних заходів щодо введення в дію такого механізму.

The article on the example of the process of economic activity of agricultural enterprises of the grain and food subcomplex shows the possibility to implement comparative characterization for the influence of the quantitative and qualitative efficiency components on the evaluation of the force of the process of functioning of the system (based on the use of certain models). It was purpose of the article. It is substantiated that in such estimation, using economic and mathematical modeling, an important aspect is the realization of understanding how each of the components of this efficiency served by the support in such activity: quantitative or qualitative component. For this purpose the models of Burennikova (Polishchuk) - Yarmolenko were applied, with the help of which a rating assessment of the efficiency components was carried out, on the basis of which a comparison of the influence of the quantitative and qualitative efficiency components on the evaluation of the force of the economic activity of these enterprises was made. It has been found that the application of a probabilistic approach for stated the comparison of the influence based on Bayes' theorem in combination with the author's models of qualitative and quantitative efficiency components is not possible, since relevant events are compatible, although some other approaches, in particular probabilistic approaches, may occur (for example, application of the author's SEE-analysis is useful). This is the novelty of the implemented study. It is established that the obtained results of the study make possible to scientifically implement of a management decision in the context of an improved evaluation of the quantitative and qualitative efficiency components for the functioning process of complex systems (which, in this case, are agricultural enterprises of the grain and food subcomplex). It is emphasized that the obtained results should become an appropriate component of the managing mechanism for the economic activity of agricultural enterprises with the development of concrete measures for the implementation of such mechanism.
