Дослідження механізму впливу мінеральних добавок на властивості пін та поризованих розчинів

Abstract

У роботі наведені теоретичні передумови та експериментальні дослідження щодо визначення впливу мінеральних добавок на підвищення технічних характеристик піни і на властивості поризованого розчину. Подано теоретичне обґрунтування механізму взаємодії поверхнево-активних речовин і мінеральної складової суміші. В роботі встановлено, що введення мінеральних добавок дозволяє підвищити технічні характеристики піни. Це пояснюється тим, що тонкодисперсні частки наповнювачів насичують пінний розчин, утворюючи піннодисперсну систему та збільшуючи густину рідини.

The deals with theoretical prerequisites and presents experimental studies to determine the effect of mineral additives on the increase of foam technical characteristics, on the preparation parameters of the mixture, and properties of the porous solution. The theoretical substantiation of the mechanism of interaction of surfactants and mineral constituent mixture. In the work it is established that the introduction of mineral additives allows to increase the technical characteristics of foam. This is because the fine particles of the fillers saturate the foam solution, forming a foam system and increasing the native density.
