Міжнародний досвід застосування ВІМ-технологій в будівництві

Abstract

У статті розповідається про можливості, що з'являються при використанні BIM-технологій, і проблеми, які можна вирішити за допомогою даної технології. Крім цього, авторами аналізується ефективність застосування даної технології на прикладі досвіду інших країн. Технологія BIM (Інформаційне Моделювання Будівель) – це новий підхід до проектування, будівництва, експлуатації. За результатами досліджень з'ясувалося, що застосування BIM-технологій сприяє зростанню прибутку і показників рентабельності, зниження витрат, підвищення продуктивності, зниження загальної вартості проекту.

The article describes the opportunities that appear when using BIM technologies, and the problems that can be solved with the help of this technology. In addition, the authors analyze the effectiveness of this technology on the example of the experience of other countries. BIM (building Information Modeling) is a new approach to the design, construction, upkeep of buildings. According to the results of the research it was found that the use of BIM-technologies contributes to the increase in profits and profitability, reduce costs, increase productivity, reduce the total cost of the project.
