Abstract

У роботі розглянуто специфіку трансформації HR в HRM, розвитку програмного забезпечення управління персоналом. Охарактеризовано тенденції використання цифрових технологій в HR-процесах. Досліджено питання впровадження і застосування новітніх технологій в HR-менеджменті. Описано діджиталізацію HR. В результаті дослідження аргументовано врахування вимог цифрового HR-менеджменту в інноваційних стратегіях розвитку компаній.

The paper considers the specifics of the transformation of HR into HRM, the development of personnel management software. The tendencies of using digital technologies in HR-processes are characterized. The issue of introduction and application of the newest technologies in HR-management is investigated. HR digitalization is described. As a result of the research it is argued to take into account the requirements of digital HR-management in innovative development strategies of companies.
