Роль та особливості організаційно-інформаційного забезпечення аналізу господарської діяльності сучасного підприємства

Abstract

Прийняття раціональних та ефективних управлінських рішень в сучасних умовах підприємницької діяльності значною мірою залежить від ефективності організаційноінформаційної системи підприємства. У статті визначено роль організаційноінформаційного забезпечення аналізу господарської діяльності сучасного підприємства. Показано, що основною запорукою ефективності проведеного аналізу господарської діяльності є коректність планування його програми, а також наведено загальний алгоритм проведення аналізу господарської діяльності із виділенням окремих її етапів та процедур. Побудовано алгоритм організації інформаційних потоків аналізу господарської діяльності, який дає змогу забезпечити процес прийняття управлінського рішення необхідними інформаційними ресурсами. Визначено основні особливості економічної інформації, а також сформульовано основні якісні вимоги, що висуваються до сучасної інформаційної системи підприємства в умовах динамічного середовища його функціонування.

Making rational and effective management decisions in modern business conditions largely depends on the effectiveness of the organizational and information system of the enterprise. The article defines the role of organizational and information support of the analysis of economic activity of a modern enterprise. The main problems today are the imperfection of the system of requirements for information sources, as well as the lack of an effective algorithm in the enterprise to analyze the economic activity of the enterprise. Particular attention is also required to take into account market dynamics and the characteristics of individual enterprises. It is shown that the main guarantee of the effectiveness of the analysis of economic activity is the correctness of planning its program, as well as the general algorithm for the analysis of economic activity with the selection of its individual stages and procedures. The program of analysis of economic activity of a modern enterprise should provide a detailed and detailed list of issues to be studied, and a set of tables that must be processed during the analysis. In this regard, the information must meet the requirements of objectivity, reliability, clarity, presentability and relevance, which is the main guarantee of an effective analysis of economic activity of the enterprise. The built algorithm of the organization of information streams of the analysis of economic activity, allows to provide process of acceptance of the administrative decision with necessary information resources. The basic features of economic information are defined, and also the basic qualitative requirements put forward to the modern information system of the enterprise in the conditions of the dynamic environment of its functioning are formulated. The system of the basic qualitative characteristics of the information which provides maintenance of information streams with timeliness, accuracy, representativeness, availability, urgency, economy, intelligibility, reliability, stability, completeness is defined.
