Investment efficiency management of machine-building enterprises: the impact of a agreed purpose
Abstract
The paper examines certain approaches to studying the feasibility and effectiveness of organizational approaches to managing stakeholder interaction, the possibility of directing this
interaction towards the formation of common goals. Stakeholders are categorized to identify individual groups to more accurately identify their goals for consistency and to explore stakeholder relationships that will help identify key performance indicators for the enterprise. It is proposed to define the concept of «agreed purpose» and the related definitions of «touch point», «touch line» and «touch area» which will allow to explore in more detail the moments of combination of individual goals of stakeholders and tactical goals of functioning of the enterprise within the formed strategy of activity.
