Abstract

Recently, in connection with the transition to digital television, the issue of replacing equipment at facilities, mainly the concern of radio broadcasting, radio communication and television (CRRT), has become acute. It is there that large numbers of large and, accordingly, heavy horn-parabolic antennas are installed, which are no longer needed. During the performance of this task there are two rather difficult problems - dismantling and lowering the antennas from a height of sometimes more than 100 m and transporting them over a considerable distance for storage and subsequent disposal. The first problem is solved by involving climbers or industrial climbers. Patrol police are involved in the organization of transportation. But in both cases it is necessary to provide a number of measures that would ensure the safety of performers and others
