Здійснено аналіз видів та методів мотивації персоналу, представлено теорії мотивації, розглянуто важливість побудови ефективної системи стимулювання в організації та її вплив на якість праці.

The analysis of types and methods of personnel motivation is carried out, theories of motivation are presented, the importance of building an effective system of incentives in the organization and its impact on the quality of work is considered.
