Abstract

Обґрунтовано необхідність розробки заходів з енергозбереження для існуючих житлових будівель.

The need to develop energy-saving measures for existing residential buildings is substantiated. The main promising solutions for thermal modernization of residential buildings with previously installed thermal insulation coatings are noted. The justification of the feasibility of choosing the option of thermal modernization of the existing heat-protective coating of the external walls was carried out. The main properties of modern heat-insulating building materials are highlighted and promising ways of implementing the planned measures during the implementation of projects on thermal modernization of housing stock are given.
