Abstract

Geometry is one of the oldest mathematical sciences, which has gone through a long path of development from practical measurements in ancient civilizations to complex theoretical concepts of modern times. This work attempts to systematize the stages of development of geometry as a science.

Геометрія є однією з найдавніших математичних наук, що пройшла довгий шлях розвитку від практичних вимірювань у давніх цивілізаціях до складних теоретичних концепцій сучасності. В дані роботі зроблено спробу систематизувати етапи розвитку геометрії, як науки.
