Abstract

Розвиток технологій навчального процесу передбачає організацію ефективного навчального процесу згідно з поставленими освітніми цілями. Розвиток професійно-педагогічних навичок викладачів соціально-гуманітарних і природничих дисциплін потребує організації їхньої навчально-пізнавальної діяльності на основі технологічного підходу. Запропоновано дослідити динаміку розвитку педагогічних здібностей викладачів соціальногуманітарних і природничих дисциплін. Реалізація цього соціального замовлення потребує трансформації професійно-педагогічної діяльності викладачів вищих навчальних закладів і розвитку їхніх особистісних якостей.

The development of professional and pedagogical skills of teachers of social, humanitarian and natural sciences requires the organization of their educational and cognitive activities based on a technological approach. It is proposed to investigate the dynamics of the development of pedagogical abilities of teachers of social, humanitarian and natural sciences. The implementation of this social order requires the transformation of the professional and pedagogical activity of teachers of higher educational institutions and the development of their personal qualities.
