Abstract

В даній роботі було розглянуто специфіка управління розробкою та реалізацією виробничої стратегії на підприємстві в умовах воєнного стану. Розглянуто особливості розробки виробничої стратегії підприємства як критично важливого фактору стійкості та успішного функціонування бізнесу.

In this work, the specifics of managing the development and implementation of the production strategy at the enterprise in the conditions of martial law were considered. The peculiarities of the development of the production strategy of the enterprise as a critically important factor of stability and successful functioning of the business are considered.
