Референдум, як форма організації влади

Abstract

Висвітлено важливі аспекти ролі референдуму в сучасній політико-правовій системі України та його вплив на розвиток громадянського суспільства. Зазначено, що чіткість та об’єктивність сформульованих питань для громадян, їх обговорення та доступна інформація про можливі наслідки є ключовими для ефективного волевиявлення народу. Обговорює необхідність створення чіткої юридичної бази для референдумів, враховуючи важливість розробки механізмів імплементації та впровадження прийнятих рішень. Також висвітлюється роль засобів масової інформації у підвищенні рівня правової культури громадян і необхідність активного залучення політичних партій для успішного використання референдуму в демократичному процесі.

The author highlights important aspects of the role of referendum in the modern political and legal system of Ukraine and its impact on the development of civil society. It is noted that the clarity and objectivity of the questions formulated for citizens, their discussion and accessible information about possible consequences are key to the effective expression of the will of the people. The author discusses the need to create a clear legal framework for referendums, given the importance of developing mechanisms for the implementation and enforcement of decisions. Also highlights the role of the media in raising the level of legal culture of citizens and the need for active involvement of political parties for the successful use of referendums in the democratic process.
