Abstract

Досліджуються джерела та наслідки виникнення кризової ситуації в сфері управління персоналом на підприємстві, а також особливості функціонування підприємства в умовах кризи. Визначено послідовність етапів процесу антикризового управління персоналом.

The sources and consequences of the emergence of a crisis situation in the field of personnel management at the enterprise, as well as the peculiarities of the functioning of the enterprise in crisis conditions, are investigated. The sequence of stages of the anti-crisis personnel management process is determined.
