В тезах розкрито основні напрями мотивування як функції менеджменту в воєнний час. Визначено основні переваги й недоліки функції мотивування в менеджменті, способи її удосконалення та її особливості в сучасних вітчизняних організаціях. Сформовано ключові пропозиції для успішної реалізації мотивування в менеджменті в умовах воєнного стану.

The theses reveal the main directions of motivation as a function of management in wartime. The main advantages and disadvantages of the motivation function in management, methods of its improvement and its features in modern domestic organizations are determined. The key proposals for the successful implementation of motivation in management under martial law conditions have been formulated.
