Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз впливу персоніфікованого інтелектуального людського потенціалу на інтелектуальний потенціал підприємства в умовах цифровізації. Інтелектуальний потенціал підприємства розглядається як системно-динамічна змінна цілісність, складники якої знаходяться у взаємозв’язку, взаємозалежності і взаємодії. Запропоновано використання управління інтелектуальним потенціалам через візуалізацію взаємозв’язку між особистими якостями працівників та стратегічними результатами діяльності підприємства. Продемонстровано вплив діджиталізації бізнес-процесів підприємства на його інтелектуальний потенціал

The article analyzes the impact of personified intellectual human potential on the intellectual potential of an enterprise in the context of digitalization. The intellectual potential of an enterprise is considered as a system-dynamic variable integrity, the components of which are interconnected, interdependent, and interactive. The use of intellectual potential management is proposed through visualization of the relationship between the personal qualities of employees and the strategic results of the enterprise's activities. The impact of the digitalization of the enterprise's business processes on its intellectual potential is demonstrated.
