Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні аспекти управління якістю продукції в умовах сучасного ринку. The article examines the main aspects of product quality management in the modern market environment. Key methods and tools for ensuring quality are analyzed, including ISO standards, control methods, and production process improvement. Special attention is paid to the role of digitalization and automation in enhancing the efficiency of quality management. The importance of high-quality products as a competitive advantage is highlighted.
