The article discusses the key aspects of using agile approaches to business process management. The basic principles of agile methodologies are analysed, including customer focus, adaptability to change, iterative approach, decentralisation of decision-making, process transparency and effective communication. The advantages of agile methods are outlined, which include shorter lead times, improved quality of work, reduced costs, and the possibility of their application in various industries.
