The paper examines technologies for automating the quality assessment of Voice over LTE (VoLTE) and Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) voice services. It analyzes key performance indicators (KPI), monitoring and optimization models, and considers the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning algorithms for predicting connection quality. Special attention is paid to active and passive monitoring tools, as well as methods for improving the efficiency of operator networks.
