Цивільна захист в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

У статті досліджено особливості забезпечення цивільної безпеки в умовах воєнного стану. Проаналізовано основні загрози, пов’язані з воєнними діями, та запропоновано комплекс заходів для захисту населення. Особливу увагу приділено евакуаційним процесам, укриттям та інформуванню громадян.

The article investigates the specifics of ensuring civil safety under martial law conditions. The main threats associated with military actions are analyzed, and a set of measures to protect the population is proposed. Special attention is paid to evacuation processes, shelters, and informing citizens.
