Інтенсифікація теплообміну в трубчастих утилізаторах теплоти відхідних газів

Abstract

Показано, що для інтенсифікації теплообміну в трубах ефективним методом є штучна турбулізація потоку кільцевими діафрагмами. Виконано дослідження впливу кроку діафрагм і висоти виступів на інтенсифікацію теплообміну та відносне збільшення гідравлічного опору труби.

It is shown that an effective method for intensifying heat exchange in pipes is the artificial turbulation of the flow by means of annular diaphragms. A study of the influence of the pitch of the diaphragms and the height of the protrusions on the intensification of heat exchange and the relative increase in the hydraulic resistance of the channel was carried out.
