Abstract

У тезі розглянуто діяльність Міжнародного військового штабу (МВШ) — ключового елементу військової структури Організації Північноатлантичного договору (НАТО). Досліджено його організаційну побудову, функції та місце у забезпеченні стратегічного планування, координації дій збройних сил союзників, а також аналізуються основні виклики, які постають перед штабом у контексті сучасної безпекової архітектури.

The thesis examines the activities of the International Military Staff (IMS), a key element of the military structure of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Its organizational structure, functions and place in ensuring strategic planning and coordination of the Allied armed forces are studied, and the main challenges facing the headquarters in the context of the modern security architecture are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the cooperation of the ISDP with partner states, including Ukraine. The paper uses official NATO documents, analytical reports and conclusions of leading experts on international security.
