Модифікація структури та властивостей литих металевих заготовок під дією циклічного імпульсного навантаження

Abstract

У цій доповіді представлено результати теоретичного та експериментального дослідження впливу вібраційного силового навантаження на процеси кристалізації та формування структури металевих сплавів.

This report presents the results of theoretical and experimental research on the impact of vibration force load on the crystallization and structure formation processes of metal alloys. The development of new equipment with a pneumatic vibration actuator, providing controlled cyclic loading, is described. Based on the obtained data, practical recommendations for the implementation of the technology in production processes to improve the quality of castings have been formulated.
