Анотації
The article examines the role of financial inclusion in ensuring the sustainability of the banking system of Ukraine in the context of modern challenges. It is noted that financial inclusion is a factor that increases the availability of financial services for various segments of the population, including low-income and rural residents. The author analyses the trends in the introduction of digital technologies that should expand access to banking services and improve customer service. The main challenges faced by the Ukrainian banking system include the insufficient level of financial literacy of the population, high costs of introducing new technologies and risks associated with economic instability. The article emphasizes the importance of developing a financial education program that helps to increase the level of financial literacy and involve the population in the financial system. It is substantiated that ensuring the sustainability of banks in Ukraine requires the integration of financial inclusion strategies into the general policy of the banking sector, with the involvement of strengthening customer confidence and increasing their financial security. The article also examines the prospects for the development of financial inclusion in Ukraine and its impact on the stability of the financial system, and offers recommendations for improving regulatory mechanisms to support this process.
