Abstract

The thesis examines the essence of power as a social phenomenon and its distinction from management and authority. The role of social norms and value orientations as necessary conditions for the effective functioning of power relations is substantiated.

У роботі досліджено сутність влади як соціального явища та її відмінність від управління й авторитету. Обґрунтовано роль соціальних норм і ціннісних орієнтирів як необхідних умов ефективного функціонування владних відносин.
