Адаптивний реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів у системі антикризового менеджменту підприємства

Abstract

The article comprehensively investigates modern trends, challenges, and prospects of implementing adaptive business process reengineering within the system of anti-crisis management of enterprises under conditions of global economic instability and high uncertainty. The study emphasizes that the transformation of business processes based on the principles of flexibility, continuous improvement, and rapid response to external environmental shifts is becoming a decisive factor in ensuring the sustainability and viability of business structures. The relevance of the research lies in the growing need for radical modernization of traditional management models to overcome destructive crisis phenomena through innovative structural and functional changes. The purpose of the paper is to substantiate the conceptual foundations and strategic directions of applying an adaptive approach to reengineering to optimize resource use and enhance the efficiency of managerial decision-making. The methodological framework is based on systemic, analytical, and process methods, which made it possible to reveal the deep interconnection between adaptive organizational transformations, digital tools, and the financial and economic stability of the enterprise. The results of the study show that the integration of modern management instruments, digital technologies, and a process-oriented approach enables a significant reduction in operating costs, increased transparency of business cycles, and effective mitigation of operational risks. The research identifies the main global trends, such as the large-scale digitalization of business processes, the transition to agile management models, and the strengthening of the analytical component in strategic planning. Particular attention is paid to the key barriers hindering the adoption of adaptive reengineering, including organizational inertia, resource constraints, insufficient human capital, and information gaps. The practical significance lies in formulating recommendations for building a flexible anti-crisis response system, developing managerial competencies, and establishing a digital infrastructure, which will ensure the efficient implementation of reengineering projects in the face of modern economic challenges.

Досліджено адаптивний реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів у системі антикризового менеджменту підприємства. Обґрунтовано, що адаптивна трансформація бізнес-процесів є ключовим чинником забезпечення стійкості підприємства. Доведено, що застосування адаптивного підходу до реінжинірингу забезпечує оптимізацію ресурсного використання, скорочення операційних витрат і підвищення ефективності управлінських рішень. Виокремлено основні напрями розвитку, серед яких – цифровізація процесів, впровадження гнучких моделей управління, орієнтація на клієнтоцентричність та посилення аналітичної складової в управлінні. Ідентифіковано основні бар’єри впровадження адаптивного реінжинірингу та окреслено підходи до їх подолання. Встановлено, що результативність адаптивного реінжинірингу залежить від рівня розвитку управлінської компетентності, готовності до змін та формування ефективної системи антикризового реагування.
