Особливості стратегії управління ризиками інноваційно-інвестиційних процесів

Abstract

The features of the formation and implementation of the risk management strategy of innovation and investment processes of enterprises are studied. The main types of risks (supplemented by SEE risks) that accompany innovation and investment processes are identified, as well as methods for their identification, assessment and minimization. Strategic approaches to risk management are outlined, ensuring the efficiency and stability of innovation and investment processes of enterprises. The practical significance of the work lies in the formation of recommendations for increasing the efficiency of management decisions in conditions of uncertainty and risks.

Досліджено особливості формування та реалізації стратегії управління ризиками інноваційно-інвестиційних процесів підприємств. Виокремлено основні види ризиків (які доповнено SEE-ризиками), що супроводжують інноваційні й інвестиційні процеси, а також методи їх ідентифікації, оцінювання та мінімізації. Окреслено стратегічні підходи до управління ризиками, що забезпечують ефективність і стабільність інноваційноінвестиційних процесів підприємств. Практичне значення роботи полягає у формуванні рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управлінських рішень в умовах невизначеності та ризиків.
